These gluten-free Subarz are a delicious combination of fig with savory herbs including mint, tarragon and clove. It is a taste combination like no other and has been described as an "adult fig newton."  These bars are nut and dairy free.  Please note that while all ingredients are gluten-free, these Subarz are prepared in a kitchen that contains gluten.

Ingredients:  Gluten free flour (garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour)  sugar, oil, eggs, dried figs, spices, baking powder, vanilla extract, xanthan gum, natural flavors, salt, cloves.
