These gluten-free, twice baked Subarz are filled with chocolate chips and the sweetness is enhanced by the dusting of cinnamon sugar along the top and one side of the bar.  While gluten-free, these Subarz preserve the taste and texture many have come to love in our original Subarz.  Please note that while all ingredients are gluten-free, these Subarz are prepared in a kitchen that contains gluten.  

Ingredients:  Gluten free flour (garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour), sugar, oil, chocolate chips, almond flour, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, xanthan gum, cinnamon.

Allergens: eggs, milk.

For those of us who must eat gluten free, it’s a rare treat when you eat a bakery item that tastes this good. The bar isn’t dry and crumbly like most gfree goodies. It went perfect with my morning coffee.

Fantastic!!!

Subarz has perfected the art of mandel bread. They are truly delicious! I tried every flavor and loved them all!

Then I found out I had to eat gluten free so I switched to the gf Subarz and you can’t even tell the difference. It is very difficult to find gluten free bakery items that taste good but these are fantastic! I highly recommend them!! Getting ready to place my next order...

Best Gluten-Free Cookie

These crunchy and tasty treats are delicious They do not have that cardboard taste that I find in many gluten-free desserts and no after taste. They are my new favorite sweet.
