These gluten-free Subarz combine fresh lemon and thyme and have been described as the marriage of a lemon square and scone.  Lemon Thyme Subarz are dairy free and nut free.  They are perfect any time of the day. While gluten-free, these Subarz preserve the taste and texture many have come to love in our original Subarz.  Please note that while all ingredients are gluten-free, these Subarz are prepared in a kitchen that contains gluten.  

Ingredients:  Gluten free flour (garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour), sugar, oil, eggs, lemon, vanilla extract, lemon extract, spices, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt.

Allergens: eggs.

I ordered Gluten Free Subars because my son has issues with Gluten and other products now. I was ever so happy to taste really no difference between the Gluten free products at Subars. They were the perfect amount of sweet. They were the greatest in flavor and freshness. No one has to give up flavor to be Gluten free. I love them all and would recommend them to everyone.

Wonderfully unique!

I was so excited to see that Subarz developed a gluten free line. This bar is so unique. The lemon definitely comes through and is just the right amount of tart. It’s not too sweet, so it went well with a cup of Earl Grey tea. The packaging is so cute. Shipping was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition.
